To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過觀塘，體驗咗間有點回憶味道嘅餐廳。店內收音機播緊舊歌，感覺悠揚，搞到我一時半刻放唔低碗筷，上海菜味兒滿載！首先講下呢個宮寶雞丁，辣椒點綴得好，每一啖都辣得嚟又惹味，腰果同蝦仁加埋嘟嘟好聲，哇，簡直係米飯殺手！再嚟，無骨糖醋排骨，每一口都係肉，糖醋當權，酸酸甜甜嘅滋味撻得好，絲毫唔會過膩。雲吞雞，溫文噴香，肉食朋友嘅必點。雪白雞皮底下，肉質嫩滑，鳳眼啲雪菜豬肉餡雲吞，皮薄餡足，咬落去好過癮。娃娃菜吸晒湯汁，清甜可人。而末了嚟個八寶茶，甜中帶清，菊花味道喺嘴裏散開，解膩過癮！這家餐廳環境老派格調挺對味，如果想找回味覺上嘅童年記憶，呢度洗唔著憂。🍚🐔🥢
