To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午去吃飯真是考起一眾打工仔，是日跟同事一起到遠少少搵食去。有送餐服務卻沒有加一😍以下食物先後到達：熱錫蘭奶茶比想像中的好，茶味適中，奶味不少，甜度剛好，最重要還是挺絲滑。凍牛奶咖啡要了少甜啱啱好，冰量不多，很大一杯，咖啡味不重，牛奶味突出，冰凍解渴。法式芝士焗薯批跟餐配的較相宜，焗得金黃的表層，入面薯仔軟身，芝士多挺入味，奶油滑。鴛鴦三文治白汁吞拿魚配白汁三文魚三文治餡料不少，醬汁加了蕃茄片沙律菜，剛好令包沒那麼乾，濕潤得恰度好處，麵包烘過底寧舍飽肚。三文魚肉和吞拿魚肉撈起的白汁真是魅力沒法擋，啖啖肉，白汁香，兩者同樣滋味。全日早餐賣相不錯，應有盡有，煙三文魚，脆焗牛角包充滿牛油香，雞扒煎得靚，肉嫩。珍寶香腸咸香美味，令人滿足。另有，粟米沙律香甜🥗，還有水煮旦蕃茄杏鮑菇等亦多汁，整份豐富的早午餐，夠飽一整日了。食後感：食物上菜快，質素中上，地方幾大，坐得十分舒適。樓底高，裝修不錯，吃完還可逛逛樓上的中央圖書館呢！
