🩷六安居❤️懷舊老字號港式茶樓,位於上環嘅六安居,即係之前嘅蓮香居,而家改咗名㗎啦,所以絕對唔會撈亂😆,淨係記得細細個嘅時候每逢同屋企人去飲茶都係自己出去攞嘢食,啲姐姐講緊唔鹹唔淡嘅廣東話,推住車仔,一路行一路叫住有啲咩點心食,除咗同屋企人聚餐之外,旁邊就總會聽見熟悉嘅點心名,而家冇咗呢支歌仔唱囉,幾乎全部都係寫紙仔,舉極手都冇人應,完全係兩碼子既事,不過嚟到六安居又有返舊時回憶😌,依家香港真係買少見少,好好珍惜係香港仲有嘅舊式餐廳🙌🏻🙌🏻呢度嘅點心都係分咗小,中,大,特點同埋頂點嘅價錢由$23至$37不等,一盅兩件絕對係港人嘅摯愛😋,好似懷舊嘅點心,麻蓉包,豬潤燒賣,雞包仔等都係舊式茶樓先有,而呢度嘅必食推介係叉燒菠蘿油🍍,一份三件,新鮮滾熱辣,食落仲係熱辣辣,外脆內軟嘅菠蘿皮包住裏面豐富嘅叉燒餡,相當惹味,又足料,鹹甜交集,味道又夾喎,推介推介🙌🏻🙌🏻🐔菇粒雞包仔 :一籠有三件,蒸到軟熟,餡料都豐富,由雞肉同菇粒為餡料,食落帶有懷舊風味,外型似叉燒包,實質係雞包仔👍🏻👍🏻💛乾蒸燒賣 :呢款燒賣係我比較鍾意食嘅一款傳統燒賣,裏面由豬肉餡料同冬菇釀製而成,出邊食開嘅只係肥豬肉,但係呢度嘅

🐔菇粒雞包仔 :一籠有三件,蒸到軟熟,餡料都豐富,由雞肉同菇粒為餡料,食落帶有懷舊風味,外型似叉燒包,實質係雞包仔👍🏻👍🏻

💛乾蒸燒賣 :呢款燒賣係我比較鍾意食嘅一款傳統燒賣,裏面由豬肉餡料同冬菇釀製而成,出邊食開嘅只係肥豬肉,但係呢度嘅加多咗冬菇,係比較舊式嘅製法,所以食落特別香,惹味😋😋

🥟鹹水角 :好鍾意佢哋炸物嘅車仔,係一個透明嘅趟門玻璃櫃,裏面放住一碟碟香脆酥軟嘅小食😍,就好似呢份鹹水角咁,佢係傳統嘅形狀款式,裏面嘅餡料較香濃,炸到外酥內軟,油份唔多,食落香脆滋味🤤🤤

💛香煎蘿蔔糕 :之後到呢一份即叫即煎制嘅蘿蔔糕,將佢微微煎香,帶點焦黃色🤤,食落一啖啖蘿蔔絲,當然臘肉都相當出眾啦👍🏻

🦐鮮蝦腸粉 :之後到腸份類,其實都有幾多選擇,除咗有鮮蝦,叉燒同埋牛肉之外,仲有佢哋嘅齋腸,仲要多醬😍,不過今次就叫咗鮮蝦腸粉嚟試,蝦肉相當爽口,另外腸粉唔會好厚皮,食落唔錯😋

🥟蝦餃 :最後就係傳統點心之一蝦餃啦,蝦餃嘅外皮晶瑩剔透,見到裏面嘅蝦肉,另外釀咗豬肉餡料,雖然比一般出邊嘅細粒,但係一啖一件,裏面嘅餡料都夠多,可以encore👍🏻👍🏻
