之前經過羅麥記,灰熊見到說裝修好有特色,終於今天有空帶他過來晚餐。店內的裝修環境是老香港,相信上一代的人在這能找到兒時回憶,我們較年輕的,則覺得這裡環境氣氛好特別。雪糕紅豆冰$38雲尼拿雪糕不算大球,冰量頗多,底下的紅豆煮得頗融,有點暖暖的,撈均有點喝到煉奶的味道,不算太濃,但整體幾順口。羅麥雞翼$53瑞士汁甜甜地,煮到好入味,煮雞翼除左個味要夠之外,最緊要就係唔好煮得過火,肉質要保持嫩滑,呢個雞翼便做到了。蝦多士$58果然名不虛傳,多士非常鬆軟,咬開見到有一半是蝦,好足料,蝦肉彈牙爽口,蝦味出奇的香濃!仲可以配埋好似魚柳包果隻酸沙律醬一齊食,諗起都回味!麥sir乳鴿仔$55新鮮熱辣做起的,皮香脆,肉質不粗糙,但未算好嫩滑,肉頗多,不會太細隻,蠻實在的。
