近排同朋友去左上環食中菜,餐廳裝潢設計走英倫風,感覺好有氣派,而且可以一邊飲 cocktail,一邊食中菜,都幾特別,Weekend Brunch ($399/person),有前菜、香酥鴨同主菜,選擇都好豐富1980BC Chef’s Appetiser Platter3款炸物分別有炸雲吞、春卷和蝦多士,最特別就係蝦多士,炸到金黃色,食落鬆脆,面頭有隻爽彈鮮蝦,更增添口感Crispy Aromatic Duck香酥鴨一絲絲,皮脆肉香,配上青瓜、京蔥、甜醬,再用餅皮包住黎食,味道香口,層次感豐富Sichuan King Prawns w/Bamboo Shoots &Egg Fried Rice (+$60)大蝦食落辣辣地又爽口,配上蛋味香濃炒飯,味道好夾Grilled Lobster w/Four Cheese Sauce &E-Mein Noosles(+$128)有半隻鮮甜龍蝦,多膏又大隻,再加上濃郁芝士伊麵,夠哂惹味Suzie Wong $95粉紅色好夢幻,裏面有荔枝、石榴、 玫瑰,味道甜甜地,感覺清爽Saint Clement’s $95味道清新,飲落有淡淡橙香味,容易入口
