今晚帶外國朋友來這間傳統歷史悠久的酒樓吃晚飯,沿路行入這間飯店兩旁放滿傳統中式燈籠🏮,餐廳內牆身也掛滿著之前來過的名流紳士,而前港督彭定康先生也是座上客。這間已經開了86年嘅沙田乳鴿老鋪!真的要好好保護和承傳下去。🥢龍華脆皮燒乳鴿皇牌最好吃的乳鴿就是用手撕來食,每人半隻啖啖肉,外皮超香脆內裡肉質嫩滑多汁,真是這間店招牌菜之一👍🏻!🥢生磨杏汁燉白肺湯這個燉湯超濃郁,奶白色生磨杏汁非常之清甜配以豬肺好潤喉夠滋補,豬肺大大件沒有澀味,喝後整個人也暖暖的。🥢蒜片安格斯一口牛這款安格斯牛肉粒用上黑椒和蒜片炒很惹味,安格斯肉質腍身很牛味,還有香脆炸蒜粒好香甜很特別。🥢龍華煎釀手做豆腐*此菜是傳統菜式鍾太太親手教當年大廚何伯做的。大大件煎釀豆腐很嫩滑豆味香濃,香煎魚肉釀在豆腐裡很搭配,煎完豆腐再用醬汁燴過,味道特別香甜又入味。
