醉乳鴿雪凍的,都夠凍,味夠香濃,但是因為凍了,乳鴿的質地就梗係冇咁滑,不過都不算太過鞋身,可能因為它的乳鴿本身都帶點脂肪,

平時我食呢啲set餐嗰啲小菜,都不太喜愛,想不到,這個
XO醬炒雞柳,雞柳夠話不嬲,帶少許XO醬的辣味吊味,味道香濃





跟住有個
湯羹好受歡迎般,看到餡料除咗啲菜粒之外,只有火腿、蝦粒、瓜、冬菇等等,不太啱我食,因此都沒有試。



可能又係因為一人兩隻
乳鴿都比較多肉,以及
炸大腸好似客人不算特別鍾愛,於是吃得比較多肉,因此後尾冇人食停晒手嘅時候,我都吃了不少湯浸白菜,
份量夠多,味道不會太過鹹太過濃,相當出色。

不過始終由於佢真係歷史悠久,而且的確有很多名人或是巨星到訪,因此裏邊很多相片都值得一看,或是那些海報、報紙專訪等等,好像是一個活生生的博物館一般,讓人看得目不暇給。

炸大腸,唔知係咪因為下面嘅脂肪肥膏去除了,好似比起大排檔嘅煮得更加好,冇咁多脂肪肥膩,更加容易吃得多。

今天女兒突然想吃乳鴿,連忙放下手中的食材,放入雪櫃,立刻驅車前往龍華,欲找回往昔的滋味。由於不是週末,只有疏落幾枱客人,坐下就二話不說,兩隻乳鴿及一碟乾炒牛河,相信應該夠食。牛河份量相當,牛肉尚算鮮嫩,但河粉切得比較幼,容易折斷,夾起來碎濕濕,而且沒有乾身的感覺,只能說勉強合格。乳鴿就認真差強人意,欠缺以往皮脆肉嫩的感覺。多年以前乳鴿按其體型大小收費,而現時只提供一款收費$128的,唯現時所提供的,別說皇鴿,連頂鴿也算不上,那片鴿胸完全說不上是飽滿,且不知是否鹵得太久,似食鹵水乳鴿多過燒乳鴿,想像中的脆皮、滿口的油香、大啖咬下時的質感,通通欠奉,這個價錢的收費,應該感到慚愧。我衷心期望只是因為是閑日的關係,致令水準有所落差,畢竟半個世紀的感情,不想由愉快經歷,變成掃興回憶。

除左沙田雞粥之外, 其他菜式都係幾好既, 特別係招牌菜 - 紅燒頂鴿 但以雞粥黎講, 佢個雞粥無咩香味, 粥中無雞味, 就係粥還粥, 雞還雞咁只係可以講份量係好多, 我食過另一間餐廳既做得比佢好, Except for the Sha Tin Chicken Porridge, all the other dishes are very good, especially the signature dish – the grilled pigeonFor the chicken porridge, the portion is quite big, and the taste is normal but there is room for improvement. The flavor of the porridge and the chicken are quite separated.

在opem price預訂了9月15日晚上7:30, 到達時沒有跟我核實預訂資料就安排入座,今天郤收到通知說我缺席。昨天的經歷簡直是我這一年來最恐怖的一次體驗,先不說突然加價了。最可怕是落單時,竟然跟我說這個餐牌不準確,,拿來一個差不多全部是打交叉的餐牌,跟我說剛換了廚房,很多菜式都冇。之後戲肉來了,5分鐘後很快來了乳鴿,先不說好不好味。之後的一小時,全場...對,是全場沒有一枱是沒有催過他們點解咁耐都未嘢食, 大家你眼望我眼。我另外點了干炒牛河和椒鹽豆腐。足足一小時後催了無數次才出現,而且難食到難以形容,幾多錢已經唔想再講,最後奉勸龍華一句,你簡直掉了咁多年的臉,以後冇可能再幫襯。

就算餐廳改善都系無下次!

but this is a very famous place to eat fried young pegion and sour pineapple pork. i hv heard this name for a long time ago but didnt try it due to it far loction.


this time i was told by a fd who eated this for father day and he said is worth to try. that why i give it a chance and didnt fail my expection.


1. pegion, must try, skin crispy and tinder meat inside. u must be careful the hot oil inside will shoot out if u bend it too hard. better rest for 5mins before eating.


2. sour pork pineapple. boneless, and juicy. pine apple is fresh not from cans. yummy.


3. chick congee is rubblish


4. veggie normal


overall online platform coupons cost 380$ for 2 people.
worth to try. better than spaghetti❤️
