上次同屋企人去神燈嘅銅鑼灣店食飯,可惜當晚食唔到招牌黑松露玻璃燒鵝.. 之後屋企人就話想再去佐敦店食,因為話以前神燈舊址都係喺佐敦,有回憶喎~ 好啦,呢晚訂好卡位座~ 全場爆滿果然受歡迎! 🦀《 糯米炒膏蟹 💲588 》用上來自鹹淡水交界嘅14兩斗門蟹🦀味道鮮香、肉質嫩滑~加上泰國口感煙韌嘅糯米,蟹汁滲透飯粒中,每一口糯米飯飽吸了蟹黃蟹膏以及蟹肉嘅鮮香~《 黑松露玻璃燒鵝 💲238(1/4隻) 》我不是燒鵝愛好者,但呢隻黑蚊蚊嘅燒鵝極有內涵,令我搶住食😆😆! 脆皮之外,肉質更十分嫩滑,更帶肉汁同脂香,有一刻懷疑自己唔係食緊鵝肉,蘸埋酸甜松露醬更令肉汁滿滿嘅燒鵝口感昇華⭐️🆙🆙 🐟《 蜜汁脆燒鱔 💲278 》 用蜜汁燒,外皮燒到脆卜卜,鱔肉肥美豐腴,啖啖肉鮮嫩多汁又爽脆,仲有油脂同肉汁,讚讚👍🏻🐽《 滷水豬生腸 💲158 》以前怕食豬生腸其一係怕韌,今次一試令我完全改觀!口感爽脆又入味,完全唔韌,原來豬生腸係好食架😌 🐷《 涼拌豬腳筋 💲98 》經過浸泡、料理酒薑蔥辟腥,再以花椒、桂皮、香葉、八角及調味料煮製3小時~開頭以為點都會有嚼勁,但原來軟稔中帶點Q彈,唔會太費嚼勁,底下仲舖咗萵筍
