晚餐來到位於佐敦的《神燈海鮮酒家》,這間酒家早年開在廟街,知名度很高嫁!可惜結了業,原來衣家係佐敦開番喎!😌 神燈阿神燈,我今晚想食番幾道經典懷舊粵菜呀!😋一進來就看見這個透明玻璃的燒乳豬房,可以睇住師傅即埸烤乳豬,即刻點番碟例牌「即燒乳豬」,例牌份量有四分之一隻乳豬,外皮燒到卜卜脆,肉質嫩滑多汁, 就連豬頭都食埋😂,絕對是必點選擇。餐飲MENU設計成古代竹簡,份外有趣。「星洲麥皮蝦」,蝦肉夠晒大隻,肥美又鮮甜,獨特煮法風味,非常值得一試。🍽️😊「伊比利亞叉燒皇」也是這裡的招牌菜之一,味道鹹甜適中,每一口都充滿了濃郁的肉香。再來一道坊間罕見的「招牌焗魚腸」,表面焗至金黃香脆,鮮味十足,讓人回味無窮,流連忘返😍最後仲有奶凍做甜品,超重牛奶味呀!🥰 continue reading

年二十九屋企人團年,我地六點鐘坐低,服務員提醒我地兩個小時內交檯。我地由落單到食飽都好快趣,短短55分鐘已經掃清食物,原本想坐幾分鐘傾下計,點知有個女知客問我地係咪所有送菜已經到齊,要我地先埋單;雖然佢口裏話唔係趕我地走,但用意已經係趕客。我問佢地係咪有客等緊檯,但係都無客響度等緊,仲有兩張檯清緊。今時今日咁樣服務態度真難怪港人北上。講番食物,半隻乳豬以為即燒,但送上來已經凍曬,份量也少。柚子蝦球味道唔錯,夠大隻。炸黃油雞味道一般,雪雞變唔到魔術出來。芥蘭煲好香口好味。叉燒王份量好少,平均一舊$30。神燈小炒皇有油炸鬼豬頸肉,都幾特別。新春菜單無鮮魚價錢,問服務員都係支吾以對話幾百蚊一條,感覺唔憂做我生意。整體服務人員低級既有禮貌親切,反而高級同知客服務態度有待加強。 continue reading
