To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷著厚望。。。定會失望的 [宇治蕨餅芭菲]

大約一年前來過西營盤 ， 吃過主食和心太軟,   對於此充滿人情味的小店印象不錯。襯放假前的星期五再仿，下午時份店內只有我一位客人。 一心來吃甜品, 打開餐牌，甜品種類也相當多。終於決定了點   $55 價錢合理， 相信都無邊間可以咁抵食。 等了大約8 分鐘     送到面前了。 可惜食材和相中描述有小許分別， 芭菲中加了士多啤梨和香蕉， 而且脆脆放得頗多 。 我個人絕不欣賞芭菲中加入水果， 因為味道唔係好夾之餘， 我一心唸住可以食一杯全抹茶甜品， 跟本容不下其他味道， 令我感覺是抹茶食材不足而硬加水果。抹茶蕨餅富抹茶香， 口感柔軟； 抹茶雪糕較淡口， 只是普普通通的雪糕；暏喱Q彈， 其他食材則不值一談， 令我超失望。
