To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一行多人連小朋友去食午餐,叫左一碟上湯小棠菜,試了一點,覺得太咸叫侍應換碟淡味的。有一副經理兇巴巴走過來,問"碟菜有乜問題,你食咗幾啖喎!",我唔食又点知咸呢?!我地只想換淡D, 又唔喺諗住取消或者唔比錢,點解啲服務要咁差,令到我地本來叫多啲嘢食都冇哂心機!其實香港飲食業已经生意難做,大家也想支持本土消費,但一D差的服務態度令人很失望,尤其呢間都係金鐘的高级餐廳,消费又不便宜,一個態度差的副經理令我們不會再光顧!
