To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟呢間度食lunch，入座係12:10淨係舉手已經舉咗15分鐘都冇人應我哋係咁淨係叫我哋等等等等，點知等嚟等去呢都唔行過嚟幫我哋落單落完單之後係12:27餐廳入面仲有一隻手指甲咁大嘅烏蠅飛來飛去，可見衛生非常差除此之外，終於落單嘅時候有一位店員嘅態度離譜，同佢講要咩餸，又話跟唔切我等咗咁耐仲未行出間舖頭已經算係好友善，你仲要我再慢啲😅我朋友買咗一碗蕃茄湯底米線，餸係牛肉但係牛肉分明係冇醃過冇調味，直接倒入水入面煮，連浮末都冇移除衛生，服務，連埋食物都非常之令人不愉快。希望盡快改善。
