To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左譚仔三哥食下午茶套餐叫左一個蒜香白肉撈油麵 配蒜泥白肉同土匪雞翼 先講一下呢個蒜香白肉撈油麵 唔算好油味道好好 白肉配撈油麵 仲意外地夾👍🏻我再把蒜泥白肉都撈埋落去食 就有兩重肉量食 整碗都是白肉再把蒜泥白肉的汁都撈埋落就更加好食😋 值得再一食 👍🏻土匪雞翼 就沒得輸 一樣咁好食😋

藍田德田商場譚仔三哥分店我和家人想試試最近推出的大dinner二人餐。第一次來落單的時候,店員說沒有飯,遊說我們吃別的,第日再來先吃。Ok fine。我們照舊吃原來餐單上的米線。打算過兩天再來吃。但兩天後,又是同樣問題,沒有飯。店員遊說我們說先吃其他東西,等待現場即時煮飯。這樣得問題連續沒有處理,屢次支持譚仔三哥米線但遭到的是欺騙顧客。這間分店已經經常性出錯單,店員態度惡劣,舉手無視等等。這樣的服務讓我感到不滿,且受到欺騙。其次,那個白肉飯來到的時候,份量極少,與圖片有強烈對比,但店員早前告訴我們是正常量,圖片如下。

今日嚟呢間度食lunch,入座係12:10淨係舉手已經舉咗15分鐘都冇人應我哋係咁淨係叫我哋等等等等,點知等嚟等去呢都唔行過嚟幫我哋落單落完單之後係12:27餐廳入面仲有一隻手指甲咁大嘅烏蠅飛來飛去,可見衛生非常差除此之外,終於落單嘅時候有一位店員嘅態度離譜,同佢講要咩餸,又話跟唔切我等咗咁耐仲未行出間舖頭已經算係好友善,你仲要我再慢啲😅我朋友買咗一碗蕃茄湯底米線,餸係牛肉但係牛肉分明係冇醃過冇調味,直接倒入水入面煮,連浮末都冇移除衛生,服務,連埋食物都非常之令人不愉快。希望盡快改善。

今日放學之後,同咗佢哋兩個小朋友一齊去譚仔三哥食晏,每次必點過橋米線轉薯粉,譚仔三哥嘅薯粉冇得輸,佢仲要係扭紋薯粉,用筷子夾都唔會覺得好難,而且質感非常煙靭😋最鍾意叫過橋嘅原因係,唔使選擇揀咩餸,咩都有得食,個感覺有啲似打邊爐咁,想食咩就夾咩!我哋12:30去到,餐廳都幾多人,不過好快就可以入座,繁忙時段店舖職員人手可能唔係好夠,所以要點餐都要等少少時間,不過勝在職員態度好,橫掂唔趕時間等一陣都冇咩所謂。

豬潤未熟,一直滲血,立即通知職員,職員表示豬潤厚片,通常都係咁,我地要求切小片再煮熟,結果新一碗來到,豬潤已經切小片,但依然未熟,職員態度欠佳,使顧客用膳感覺非常不良好!
