To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好意外的,在臺灣時,常常會思念香港的味道之一,是譚仔的酸菜,原來這種日常家常的味道,是離別後,最讓人想念的,其實每回回臺灣時,都會到二航嚐這一味後,才搭機,但現在二航整修,加上疫情的關係,來往香港的次數都少了許多,所以這會回來,當然要來把思念的味道追回,一定要點的就是酸菜與番茄湯,酸菜的口感多汁,微酸帶甜,非常開胃,番茄🍅湯底,番茄煮的透爛,番茄的精華煮進湯頭裡,呈現的湯是濃稠的,且帶切丁塊的番茄,這樣的好味,總讓人思思念念。
