To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午有事要到一到山頂區走一躺, 所以便到金鐘的名都酒樓吃個燒味飯便算, 點心也沒時間食回想兩年前吃過名都外賣部的燒味加點心飯盒, 一試難忘, 但從末到過店內吃.傳統中國茶樓餐具, 沒半點花巧, 不過枱布些濕了的茶積上圖可見友人的叉燒飯, 肉質不算腍, 汁不多有種乾乾的感覺我燒肉的拼燒鴨, 燒肉皮不夠脆, 肉味鹹度剛好, 肉質軟硬度還可, 脂肪分佈也算有層次, 不過肥肉太好燒鴨肉硬, 較鹹, 難雖咬開, 位置不靚, 骨多肉小今次過後名都燒味的質量以比以前有所下跌了
