Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 中午去咗金鐘的名都酒樓,同事說這一間酒樓已經有很耐歷史,而且也是金鐘執剩的唯一一間酒樓,其他酒樓都已經執晒。下午接近兩點到,仍然人頭湧湧,酒樓佔地好大,不過樓底比較矮,所以比較嘈吵。最難得嘅係,仲有得推點心車,可以自己去點心車嗰度揀點心。不過因為下午lunch時間接近尾聲,所以可以揀的點心並唔多。最後每款點心都拎了兩籠,都算幾豐富。味道都幾好,但係就唔覺特別突出。反而係佢個潮州炒飯幾好食,但因為太懶所以冇影相。

今日同同事嚟到金鐘呢一間餐廳飲茶,餐廳成個場都非常大,不過午市出名都多人,30嘅種類到非常多有好多種唔同嘅點心,但係可能由於佢係金鐘嘅關係其實價錢我哋都覺得係偏貴,不過份量來講就正正常常絕對都唔係話太少,我哋叫咗蝦餃,每一粒非常大粒,而且每一隻入邊都至三至四隻蝦,調味都做得唔錯,牛肉就係傳統嘅懷舊味道,我哋仲叫咗蘿蔔糕同埋煎腸粉,兩樣都做非常甘香再加埋餐廳嘅辣椒醬,特別惹味!總括嚟講未到,我都覺得可以接受,只係價錢少少貴

今日難得經過金鐘,開飯睇到哩間傳統舊式酒樓,約咗契爺一齊飲茶。食物質素麻麻,價錢偏高,可能係港島區啦,唯一令我有印象係沙翁,因為沙翁唔係好多地方有得食,口感都ok,不過不失。唯一令我哋失望係啲staff服務態度差,買單果陣我哋問可唔可以碌卡,話要實體卡,冇apple pay wor,又冇問我哋有冇長者卡(問返經理,經理話佢哋啲員工唔會主動問,因為好多長者唔會承認自己係長者wor),算啦,都埋曬單,費事再R,冇下次囉。如果你哋同行有長者,記得要自己拎張長者卡出黎呀!佢哋唔會提你哋!

金鐘呢間開咗幾十年嘅酒樓,屹立不倒,今日經過嚟試吓啲食物先。一試就知果然係傳統大眾化嘅味道,叫咗蘿蔔牛雜大大碗,叉燒腸味道唔錯但係啲皮就厚咗啲,蝦餃牛肉都好食;見到有傳統嘅西米布甸,下次可以試吓。要攞點心食物,就要自己行出去設置喺中間嘅食物檔排隊攞,攞住托盤問阿姐佢會俾你想要嘅點心,可以讓食客做吓運動,又可以慳返唔少人手,疫情之下都係一個好辦法👍。食物檔口仲有即刻煎嘅三色糕,即刻烹調嘅生滾粥,睇落都唔錯,兩個人埋單飲茶成為$250,抵食,地方又大又舒適,公眾假期10:30過嚟完全唔使搵位👍👍

要攞點心食物,就要自己行出去設置喺中間嘅食物檔排隊攞,攞住托盤問阿姐佢會俾你想要嘅點心,可以讓食客做吓運動,又可以慳返唔少人手,疫情之下都係一個好辦法👍。

食物檔口仲有即刻煎嘅三色糕,即刻烹調嘅生滾粥,睇落都唔錯,兩個人埋單飲茶成為$250,抵食,地方又大又舒適,公眾假期10:30過嚟完全唔使搵位👍👍
