To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ===性價比一般 | 無論食物還是服務都普普通通===價錢比其他餐廳貴，但基本上無服務可言：1) 茶水方面侍應放置了一部自動沸騰機供每桌自行沖茶; 2)上菜不定左右, 只方便侍應自己；3) 不供應包裝紙巾，僅有濕紙巾食物方面都尚算可：1) 兔子裝飾的包點和黑白天鵝樣式的小點心可以影低打下卡，但算不上好吃；2) 蝦餃等部分小點心每籠一隻，感覺比較衛生；3) 炒飯等不是粒粒分明的，調味也較淡；4) 唯一比較可取的是蝦多士，炸得香脆可口，吃了幾件也停不下來如非必要(例如為同事farewell等一大班人食飯的場合)也不會回訪。
