To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天午餐因為時代廣場比較忙。而百樂潮州還仲有枱所以決定給他一個機會試一試。門口大位小姐說可不可以一小時交回枱、我們也答應了冇問題。座下來就會立即知道這個人手嚴重下足。當我們終於有機會落單,最快也要等二十分鐘以上才見到第一碟點心。食物質素方便,潮州粉果及大路點心例如燒賣是不錯的。但乳鴿就非常之乾,椒鹽九肚魚炸粉也是厚了一點。簡單一個總結性價比可以算是低。
