有機會去曾經喺米芝連推介嘅食府飲茶，當然要認真試清楚啦。我們被安排去一間廳房，一樣咁開揚。以為係餃皮包住湯餡的懷舊做法，原來都係一般，餡料以肉為主，用雞湯浸住。有特色，餡料、湯鮮甜；皮唔算薄，每隻色味道差唔多。一定要連埋錫紙一齊攞起，因為湯汁好易漏出來。比一般蝦餃大，餃皮薄，裏面有兩隻蝦和少少露筍，有口感。個人較喜歡傳統有筍的蝦餃☺️又係食蝦😂，香脆，有少少蒜味，但賣相就差啲。份量少得可憐，只有十二粒，size不一，有幾粒細過一隻麻雀牌！可能係返焗，皮硬肉乾，簡直係食柴皮，一啲蜜糖味都冇。本來想叫佢換或改其他，但又驚再中伏值得一讚，廳房只得一位女侍應好努力去serve六、七枱客，主動又有禮貌
