黎到叫半隻片皮鴨,要先讚讚師傅刀功片得恰到好處,而個鴨皮亦好香,最香嘅無咩肥肉嘅部位,片起左幾件點糖食,夠油香。餅皮煙韌唔會好易穿,配料有蔥、哈蜜瓜、青瓜;醬料有酸梅醬同甜醬,半隻份量亦比預期多,可以order多份餅皮。除左片皮鴨,招牌擔擔麵同金腿湯津白都唔錯,麵彈牙而湯底夠花生香味,食落有肉碎有多一重口感;浸住津白嘅金腿湯夠咸香,食落清清地都幾夾片皮鴨食。似乎定期有新餐牌,今期係春日菜色,個「爆火鮑魚小炒肉」個樣幾吸引。
