To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午5:30左右到的,外面有近20人排队,大家都拿着餐单在点了。我们4个人,等着安排位子,服务老阿姨没有安排我们坐在面对面的4个位子,而是在过道里加了个位子,我们询问为什么不给正经的4人位子,阿姨说:我们位子很金贵的。感觉最好吃的是叉烧包、桂花糕和腐皮虾仁卷,因为好吃,所以要加单,阿姨在此提醒,只能加一次单,好牛。
