覺得搵又好食又抵食既串燒店都唔容易,有啲就所有串燒味道都一樣,食多幾串就好厭。今日比我搵到間性價比好高既串燒店,就係觀塘工廈~匠森串燒~。一入餐廳見到一邊牆滿佈懷舊嘅卡通人物,入面幾乎係自己年代睇過嘅卡通,幾咁親切。一夜干馬友,馬友好高蛋白質、又高營養,一夜干既馬友肉質較結實,保留左魚油,外層燒到脆卜卜。👍呢度串燒全部都係即叫即由生開始燒熟,所以完全保留到肉汁,燒到剛剛好,唔會過龍。燒香口五花腩,一睇就知正,4邊外層都係脆皮,內層就半肥瘦。特級牛舌芯,好腍呀。蒜香十既秘製脆卜卜豆卜。燒韭菜,份量好足,韭菜好嫩。燒巨菇有3款口味,揀左秘製川醬,上面鋪滿川醬肉醉,好惹味好過癮。燒芝士年糕,一咬芝心湧出嚟。
