今次我同朋友去咗我最鍾意嘅日本餐廳食廚師發辦,佢係銅鑼灣Cubus一個新開幾個月嘅地方。呢間餐廳嘅裝潢簡約而且以木系為主,環境好舒服同明亮。裝修方面,佢用明亮嘅風格配上黑色,吧檯位可以睇到廚師親手煮食。🔸前菜 - 水雲草 & 波菜: 滑溜的口感和微酸的味道相得益彰🔸鱈魚白子 - 加入七味粉 &蔥花: 魚白子的味道濃烈,七味粉和蔥花增添了豐富的風味🔸剝皮魚 - 配上魚肝醬 &金箔:剝皮魚彈牙且富有嚼勁,搭配魚肝醬和金箔,口感豐富且奢華🔸深海池魚 : 帶有豐厚的油脂,魚肉甘甜,加入少量豉油調味🔸岩手赤崎産真蠔 - 加入酸汁啫喱和生紫菜,蠔肉飽滿,口感一流🔸池魚碎切 - 配上酸麵豉,味道鮮美而清爽🔸火炙鰤魚 - 加上彩色芝麻:鰤魚的香味帶點油脂,並且鰤魚本身的魚味道濃郁,味道鮮甜🔸鮟鱇魚肝最中餅 - 配士多啤梨醬:魚肝醬和士多啤梨醬的組合,口感豐富多層次🔸香箱蟹:配以蟹膏、蟹肉、三文魚籽和芡汁,豐富的蟹香味。🔸磯煮鮑魚:很有驚喜!新鮮的鮑魚配上鮑魚肝醬,鮑魚肉質爽彈且滋味濃郁,鮑魚肝吃下去甜甜的,相當不錯🔸南瓜湯球+立鱗燒:分子料理!南瓜湯球爆汁,立鱗燒皮脆肉嫩🔸甜蝦壽司:鮮美的甜蝦搭配醬油
