這間餐廳位於太子和深水埗之間,地方都比較隔涉,要搵都需要啲時間!但係正正因為這樣,所以啲租應該比較平啲,所以可以食到啲性價比高嘅食物!今日一行四人,同朋友敘舊,一齊分享美食!叫咗個串燒套餐,呢間餐廳以fusion出名,好多食物都係中西合璧,但係呢個串串燒套餐,就係中日合璧!菜式方面先嚟一個孜然日本枝豆,這個可以的,開胃小菜。之後就正式開始主菜,頭盤就係高湯北寄貝燒,呢個北寄貝燒啱啱熟,好有鮮味,個湯唔錯,有少少酒味,我連個湯都飲晒!第二道菜係肝醬鮑魚燒,個鮑魚又係啱啱熟,嗰個肝醬唔錯,味道濃濃的!第三道係蝦蝦燒!隻蝦燒到啱啱熟!而且隻蝦都幾大隻!佢唔需要任何調味,淨係落咗鹽燒!第四道菜係酸汁湯燒葉生蠔,隻生蠔好大隻,因為係生蠔,完全唔需要太熟!食落去好蠔味,配埋個酸汁啱啱好!第五道係燒元貝,一寸有兩粒,老闆一啲都唔吝嗇,隻帶子好大隻,好有口感,搽咗少少燒烤醬料,更加有鮮味!第六係豆豉蒜頭脆脆鱔,份量又係好多,脆鱔真係好好味,完全冇腥味,佢仲加咗豆豉,不過我覺得唔需要,原味更加好,其實加鹽燒就可以!第七道菜係墨蝦金剛棒,呢個係用墨魚同蝦肉造成嘅丸,呢個都好味!第八道係燒豬腩肉港式麵豉醬,

第八道係燒豬腩肉港式麵豉醬,配埋燒菠蘿!呢個用咗蝦醬落啲腩肉度去燒,又係燒到啱啱好!正!加埋燒菠蘿,酸酸甜甜,食咗咁多肉可以消滯一下!
第九係鹽燒二節雞翼,係鹽燒雞翼,又係燒到啱啱好!
第十係燒牛舌芯酸豆芥未醬,個牛舌心真係燒到啱啱好,中間仲有啲粉紅色,我淨係加檸檬汁已經覺得好好食!
第十一道係汁燒鮮菇,呢個就正常!可能已經食得太飽!
最後鍾意去到甜品環節,已經好飽!點知嚟咗一個焦糖蕃薯雪糕球,我完全冇抵抗力!焦糖番薯真係好正,番薯係熱辣辣,配埋個凍雪糕,又凍又熱,真係冇得頂!最後畫上完美句號!下次一定會再幫襯!
