第六係豆豉蒜頭脆脆鱔,份量又係好多,脆鱔真係好好味,完全冇腥味,佢仲加咗豆豉,不過我覺得唔需要,原味更加好,其實加鹽燒就可以!
第七道菜係墨蝦金剛棒,呢個係用墨魚同蝦肉造成嘅丸,呢個都好味!
第八道係燒豬腩肉港式麵豉醬,配埋燒菠蘿!呢個用咗蝦醬落啲腩肉度去燒,又係燒到啱啱好!正!加埋燒菠蘿,酸酸甜甜,食咗咁多肉可以消滯一下!
第九係鹽燒二節雞翼,係鹽燒雞翼,又係燒到啱啱好!
第十係燒牛舌芯酸豆芥未醬,個牛舌心真係燒到啱啱好,中間仲有啲粉紅色,我淨係加檸檬汁已經覺得好好食!
第十一道係汁燒鮮菇,呢個就正常!可能已經食得太飽!
最後鍾意去到甜品環節,已經好飽!點知嚟咗一個焦糖蕃薯雪糕球,我完全冇抵抗力!焦糖番薯真係好正,番薯係熱辣辣,配埋個凍雪糕,又凍又熱,真係冇得頂!最後畫上完美句號!下次一定會再幫襯!

帶子半成熟(一成都冇),問佢佢話係咁,西餐通常唔食生帶子,除非你餐牌講明,不過你話係咁都冇計,面頭用麵豉汁煎過下,些小咸,帶子原隻比較厚身,故此幾乎冇乜味道。
下面有一件沾咗脆漿嘅薄片炸物,睇落似蓮藕片,但油溫控制差,一咬成口油,都感覺唔到裡面係乜。

法式牛油汁焗蟶子
蟶子冇貨唔出聲,上枱先講係北寄貝,個売就熱到不得了,但粒北寄貝只係室溫,水汪汪冇味道。

慢煮南非鮑魚配牛油肝汁
眼高手低,想複製日本磯煮鮑魚仔,但一成都做唔到,味道不倫不類,口感寡到一個點,索性去海洋三(唔明就問黎明)入貨效果仲好。

烤美國頂級封門柳
柴,只食咗兩片

蒜香茄汁蝦意粉
啲蝦超級爽,因為啤水啤到完全零蝦味(大佬,有壳蝦都冇味真係大鑊),意粉佢想做 al dente,可惜口感係生嘅,亦冇蕃茄味,唔知佢想點。

甜品
唔錯,不過都係來貨嘅

總結:叫返嚟嗰啲都唔錯(蒜蓉包薯條甜品),自己做嘅就出哂事,對西餐似乎一知半解,都係俾心機做返火鍋算啦,何必吹到咁大,完。

太太上網睇完片,看了不少正評,決定訂位,呢個地區,廚師發辦嘅西餐當索價$550一位點都有點期望,看似很多道菜,但看了材料檔次,只好輕輕嘆息。當炸薯條雞翼一隻都是一道菜,一條手指大細聖子一道菜,蒜蓉包又一度菜,一隻細鮑魚仔一道菜,卻令我有點失望。雖然食物質素不錯,亦看到廚師心機,但大排檔裝橫既冇冷氣鋪閣樓,一路食一路流汗,沒有環境嘅襯托,沒有精心嘅擺盤,一盤三隻自己分,街市可買到嘅家用材料。環境服務跟食物有心但太專業,本人覺得性價比有點低,暫時沒有回頭嘅衝動。
