天寒地凍入到九龍城,就當然要食番餐泰國菜啦!金蘭花係朋友介紹,決定一行五人食餐勁既!糯米雞翼熱辣辣,雞皮烤得好香口,入面的糯米好軟身,口感好特別。沾上少許沙嗲醬味道非常好。咖哩偏甜,比較適合女生。雞肉好嫩身,而最特別的係包入面有一個椰蓋裝住醬汁,令到個烤得好脆的面包唔會林哂。咖哩入面有一塊塊香甜的椰子肉,好好味。泰式青龍蝦,好香嘅香芧、芝士同蒜味,龍蝦肉大大舊好爽口,味道好正底部有金邊粉,索哂上面的醬汁都幾好味,但個人偏好炒的金邊粉。泰國菜必食的生蝦,蝦肉夠爽身,又甜,配上辣辣的醬汁,永遠都係咁好食!拼盤入面大愛炸蝦餅,好香,蝦肉勁厚身,味道又好,超正!天氣一凍,整番碗冬蔭公湯真係冇得輸!湯頭望落好似好辣咁,其實飲落唔會太辣。酸酸的味道加丄辣椒的香味,飲左一啖落口已經驅走哂D寒氣。湯底材料主要有鮮蝦同菇,而鮮蝦嘅肉質好爽口,夠新鮮彈牙,相當唔錯份量又夠哂足,5個人飲都每人飲到兩碗,又暖又開胃,正呀!蝦醬炒飯,炒得有少少唔夠乾身,有點扣分。但係味道依然唔錯,配上少許肉鬆,都好味!炒肉蟹,少許辣味夠惹味,啖啖肉,唔會比辣味搶走蟹的鮮味,我自己一個搶左半碟黎食Cheerss~~~~~~脆皮豬
