To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚来到九龙城。在黄珍珍泰国菜馆街口直入可找到这间隐世小店。我已帮趁三年了。以西餐及薄饼为主。特色是西餐厅挂上很多中国字画。看来老板非常喜欢中国文学。这里招呼好。食物更好。西餐的汤不够热是不好喝的。这里就满足我的要求。足料，够热，而且老板娘还会问要不要多来一碗？任喝不用钱。很窝心。我每次来都叫西班牙黑毛猪排配薯菜。猪排爽口。表面煎得微焦刚刚好。肉质粉红色，不会太干。好香口。可惜份量变小了。两年前是很大块的。吃完喝一杯大大的冻柠檬茶。非常满足。这里不收加一服务费。一个晚餐160多元比其他餐厅稍平。化算。
