To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣熱就想食啲重口味、酸酸辣辣嘅野,今餐就簡左越南菜。主食簡左咖哩雞飯,椰味唔算重,偏向食到啲香料味,雞肉嫩滑唔係炸過嘅,配上黃飯好好味。而朋友話佢個三寶飯都唔錯。個法包好好味,大大啖咬曬全部材料咁食好正,啖啖都充滿燒肉札肉酸蘿白芫茜味;至於個蝦卷就一般,只係食到啲酸萬白味。縱觀黎講呢餐好抵食,價錢唔貴又好味,仲要份量好多👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
