To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舖位位置係個商場外圍，都幾隱閉，因為唔係住屯門，行左一圈先搵到😂店面非常細，眼見三張摺枱，但真係唔好比門面呃到！因為食物質素真係非常唔錯！店員亦好有禮貌（記得係一個四眼肥哥哥）嗌左個汁燒三文魚鵝肝定食，前菜正常，壽司上嘅刺身估唔到幾好，唔會好似平時d平價壽司咁有陣雪味主角汁燒三文魚鵝肝飯就真係無得輸！超級足料！啖啖都食到燒三文魚碎！醬汁足夠，唔會食落乾爭爭！鵝肝拍得住酒店級，有一陣焦糖面，食落又香又甜！🤤以後如果去開屯門，都會再黎幫襯！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
