To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經外賣APP order左壽司,送到來外賣袋內只得一支鼓油,里里外外搵左幾次連一包wasabi都無,以為佢學板長咁將wasabi直接包在壽司里面啦,點知掀開件魚生都係唔見有wasabi,最後兩盒壽司只蘸鼓油勉強食左一盒,掉左一盒,打電話去同店舖講外賣無放wasabi,講完後店員完全唔出聲又唔比反應,我以為電話斷線,喂左好多聲,之後聽到電話那邊問我 ”咁你想點??!” 哩間舖一定唔會再幫襯,刺身無鮮味、飯又硬、真心難食、服務態度仲要極度惡劣

之前見過呢間堂食同外賣都多人,今日就去試試點知落完單之後,見到有兩隻曱甴,廚房內處理食物嘅職員,無戴口罩都唔緊要,咳都唔避,直接咳晒d食物上面,我叫左個豬軟骨定食,連前菜同刺身壽司,前菜正常水準,刺身壽司飯係熱嘅,同埋係爛飯,又太多壽司醋豬軟骨飯變左豬軟骨湯烏冬,烏冬湯底勁咸,粟米無味,蟹柳,烏冬,食得出全部係平價貨仲要等我20分鐘,我食完晒,我朋友個刺身飯都未到真係唔方再有下次,好失望未去過嘅朋友,可以唔洗去試

呢間壽司店係由屯門地膽朋友介紹,喺華都商場入面,位置少少偏僻,餐廳內只有數張枱,再加餐廳外幾張摺枱。但至今已回訪超過十多次。最喜歡佢地既ABCD套餐,十分抵食,魚生飯,壽司,冷盤及炸物全部都好高質素,十分足料,亦絕對無魚腥奇怪味道,每次去都滿載而歸,希望小店撐住,繼續加油👍🏻

最近疫情都仲係好嚴重,所以都係買外賣返屋企食穩陣啲。最鍾意佢有唔同嘅Combination 比我配搭。今次叫左A+B+C 組合1️⃣A1)芝麻八爪魚+B4)汁燒三文魚冷烏冬+C4)玉子燒八爪魚夠爽,烏冬雖然浸喺湯入面,但拎到返屋企都依然彈牙,完全冇變漿。經火炙後嘅三文魚带啲焦香,加埋玉子粒、青瓜粒、蟹子,口感豐富,至於醬汁唔會好鹹,味道啱啱好。玉子燒厚實且蛋味濃,亦唔會過甜。另外仲叫左個差唔多嘅2️⃣A1)芝麻八爪魚+B8)汁燒三文魚飯+C2)汁燒三文魚卷三文魚卷嘅魚肉厚身,食落啖啖肉,唔會淨係好似食緊成舊飯嘅感覺。
