Restaurant: Chatterbox Express

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左朋友嚟太古食晚飯,朋友推介之下就嚟試下呢間新加玻菜。文華海南雞飯雞皮好滑,肉質非常鮮嫩,亦無多餘既碎骨。米飯充滿雞油香,粒粒分明,唔會好重油膩感。特別鐘意個秘製既黑豉油,味道好濃郁。新加坡肉骨茶麵線有豬骨、蒜頭、豆卜,仲有另上既油炸鬼。湯底既胡椒味好重,好似飲緊胡椒豬肚湯咁;豬骨肉質偏淋,份量都唔少;麵線則十分掛湯,成碗麵都做得好出色。黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕本色見到蘿蔔糕咁深色以為會好濃味,點知食落又唔係想像中油膩感咁重,反而帶點點甜味之餘亦Keep到蘿蔔糕本身既味道。蠔油小棠菜跟餐加$15就有碟清清地既菜,蠔油唔會加得太重同太鹹,都幾值得一試。椰子雪糕咖央三文治每件三文治既其中一片麵包都搽滿咖央醬,再加啲椰子雪糕一齊食,真係一流。凍美祿恐龍上面除左有美祿粉之外,仲有埋美祿波波,夠哂甜又夠哂邪惡。
