To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日經過太子搵食，朋友介紹話食過呢間餐廳幾抵食，行過見到咁岩有位，咁就試試佢！我地2個女仔，叫左3樣野～雞胸柳什菜沙律～ $50左右份量正常，雞胸柳係偏乾，但煎得香脆得黎又唔油既，佢係配胡麻汁，食落都幾清爽～白酒蜆肉炒意粉～ $55白酒味無乜，但意粉煮得岩岩好，夠彈牙同埋炒得幾乾身！蜆肉都算新鮮，味道唔算太濃，唔會覺得好重味精，抵讚！南瓜帶子意大利飯～ $80左右一直覺得意大利飯會好「漏」，但呢個又唔會喎！ 南瓜汁有微微甜味，唔算好creamy，食落去就幾順口，唔會食幾啖就覺得膩，飯係偏硬身，但我個人係鐘意食硬身有咬口既飯，所以都岩我食！ 總括黎講，呢個價錢既西餐黎講，野食都算中上，唯一不足就係坐得好逼，台貼台，繁榮時間想有個位擺下袋都無可能，適合快食既朋友，如果想坐低好好傾下計就唔得lu~

白酒蜆肉炒意粉～ $55
白酒味無乜，但意粉煮得岩岩好，夠彈牙同埋炒得幾乾身！蜆肉都算新鮮，味道唔算太濃，唔會覺得好重味精，抵讚！
