To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事一行三人happy Friday食個lunch,其中一個同事話想食日本野,就近近地揀左黎食千兩喇同事已經算醒目,因為佢係會員既關係, 已經一早喺十二點半前喺Apps拎定位,可惜行到過去都要等20張枱,勁誇張,等到13:08先入到座,佢既lunch set價錢由$82-$138都有,任君選擇，可惜我唔記得左影餐牌🙈我地三個都揀左$138個餐,感覺最多野食首先上埸既係沙律同麵豉湯,個湯有落左似係赤蝦既蝦頭落去煲,啖湯有鮮味有驚喜👍🏻👍🏻😋,沙律就普通貨色,有幾片生菜同幾粒粟米咁囉到主餐上埸,睇落都好豐富好吸晴刺身夠新鮮,蝦肉都係爽既,唔係林嗰種,因為本人唔食三文魚既關係,同同事換左吞拿魚返黎,食左兩件,其中一件有筋既,味道都OK既鰻魚飯出奇地夠熱,仲要係都keep到個溫度,唔知係咩技術,好食炸蝦仔佢炸到可以成隻食晒既,都算唔錯,不過我都係食左兩三隻度天婦羅蝦正,隻蝦有咬口既,唔係嗰啲無質感,食完都唔知自己食緊咩既天婦羅蝦個甜品糯米糍都好食,甜甜地煙煙韌韌咁埋單$455.2,平均一個人$138加一姐係$152, 咁既價錢有咁既份量同質素真係好抵食值得一讚既係枱上面都有一枝消毒酒精，

到主餐上埸,睇落都好豐富好吸晴

刺身夠新鮮,蝦肉都係爽既,唔係林嗰種,因為本人唔食三文魚既關係,同同事換左吞拿魚返黎,食左兩件,其中一件有筋既,味道都OK既
