To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳主打性價比高既日本產地直送魚生, 我同友人點咗十一貫季節限定套餐。 一開始女服務員會為我地講解魚生既詳情, 而且會問我地口味同有咩唔食。 首先會有沙律同茶碗蒸,而且會有熱茶提供,然後魚生師傅會為我地準備每一件壽司。 最印象深刻係北海道馬糞海膽壽司同鰈魚壽司。前者入口即融,後者用煎香既鰈魚油塊配上鰈魚,真係超夾超好食。 總體呢間餐廳主打400-500蚊既omakase,性價比十分高。但魚生師傅既態度同食物質素有待改善。餐廳會有三名師傅服務兩組客人,為我同友人服務既師傅係唯一唔戴帽嘅廚師,時常品評客人識唔識食不同類型魚生,對客人有點脾氣不體貌。而食物質素方面,我同友人食完數小時後,都肚瀉咗幾次,幸好最後冇身體太大問題,魚生質素衛生有待改善。
