Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. **刺身系列**
- **章紅魚(上背同腩位)**:師傅將兩個部位分開處理,上背爽口,腩位油脂豐腴,配薑蔥醬油更提鮮。

- **金目鯛**:滑身得嚟魚味濃,火炙過迫出油香,入口即化。
- **北海道馬糞海膽**:澎湃鮮甜,海膽嘅甘香同醋飯完美融合,係成餐嘅高潮。
- **赤身**:醬油漬過,魚味濃郁軟嫩,帶微微回甘。

**甜品:抹茶奶凍**
師傅自家製,茶味回甘,奶滑微甜,完美收尾。

整體來講,師傅手勢細膩,每道菜都用心製作,服務又親切,回頭指數極高!如果想試高質Omakase,呢間絕對值得一試。

Open rice discount for 13-piece lunch on omakase was a great deal. The fish was Fresh and delicious the place was spacious enough. I love the mall there. Only thing is after booking on open rice they keep calling you to pay a deposit which is quite annoying since there is no requirement when booking on open rice. I would not make this my usual lunch joint if they keep doing this.

Open rice discount for 13-piece lunch on omakase was a great deal. The fish was Fresh and delicious the place was spacious enough. I love the mall there.

Only thing is after booking on open rice they keep calling you to pay a deposit which is quite annoying since there is no requirement when booking on open rice. I would not make this my usual lunch joint if they keep doing this.
