To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前係上環食過一次,覺得佢食物質素同埋師傅嘅服務態度都好好,今次就嚟尖沙咀分店試吓尖沙咀分店比起港島分店位置更多更大,當天去到依舊係坐滿人,證明真係有質素今次食咗14件壽司餐,有好多款壽司都係平日我好少食嘅款式,好特別,同埋好多都係季節性嘅款式,最緊要有優惠真係好抵前菜有三款唔同嘅食物土左賀赤水母、南瓜甘蜜甘鯛,帆立貝,花竹蝦,深海池魚,針魚,鰤魚,赤貝,鮫鰈魚,金目鯛,銀鱈魚,大拖羅,馬糞海膽,黑目魚,左口魚裙邊麵豉湯,京都宇治抹茶奶凍我最中意鰤魚同左口魚裙邊,油脂比較豐富海膽好甜,紫菜香脆而甜品奶香,抹茶味依舊濃而不澀最特別嘅地方一定係好多季節性嘅食材,甚至好多我都好少見到整體真係唔錯,價錢好合理! continue reading

第一次忍唔住要比評價同同事一齊食午餐 前一晚經OpenRice訂餐餐廳環境尚可 地方較小選了13道壽司套餐享有8折優惠師傅笑容欠捧 也欠缺主動性多次向師傅提出加配菜食物質素不過不失 其中一道吞拿魚壽司食到魚鱗向服務員反映 對方聽完掃走就算直到賣單師傅、經理知道也無任何回應午餐人均$600的消費算中高消費吧?…對食物質量、服務相對有要求咁樣的服務質素相對差 試一次就夠 香港的餐飲服務水平真的要提高廚師也要用心做好否則市道只會越做越差 continue reading
