To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤向來是小妹一向喜歡覓食的地頭之一，咁岩今日探完新搬屋既朋友就去附近睇下有咩好食。沿住第三街一直行，被張三既門口吸引住，本來以為係食中菜，一睇個menu先發現係原來係西餐，而且價錢相當實惠就咁樣，我就入左去一探究竟。好少餐廳會係週末都提供set dinner，而且仲要係$200有找，包湯主菜甜品飲品重點係，食物質素係相當高，絕對唔係平時茶餐廳貨仔。我點左個店員姐姐誠意推介既是日濃湯- 南瓜湯，外觀上比我地平見到橙色南瓜湯淺色，但味道好好好南瓜。主菜就叫左水波蛋辣肉醬意粉，見OpenRice上好多人推薦，果然係有原因，好出色。意粉煮好乾身，肉醬絕對唔係水狀，而係粒粒分明的肉碎，加上水波蛋同有少少辣既肉醬，真係好perfect。最後以一份blueberry cheesecake劃上句號，好滿足，好有水準。
