Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日食了一家不錯的印度餐廳，性價比極高，大廚係印度人，Menu話佢係前Ritz Carlton大廚，食完真係覺得有料到，值得再去幫襯。點餐後先來個免費小食，佢係一隻又薄又脆的薄餅，好香胡椒味。另外仲叫咗個羊肉咖哩角，味道真係唔錯，咖哩角入面除咗羊肉之外仲有好多其他香料。牛油雞(Butter Chicken)都幾好食，係個女侍應推介的一個唔辣的印度菜，感覺幾正宗，D香料幾有層次感，佢個汁調得幾好味。呢碟係瑪沙拉羊肉，又係落咗好多印度香料，D羊肉唔係好"so"，個汁又係好正。蒜蓉烤餅好好食，熱辣辣，點瑪沙拉羊肉同牛油雞D汁黎食最正。呢個係印度手抓餅，唔洗點汁就咁食已經好好食，如果點汁感覺上會同咖哩類別的餸最夾。
