呢日去左圓方,行到水區見到依間新加坡餐廳 "Pandan Asian Fusion Bistro",門面設計雅緻特色,內裡可以望出外面,感覺開揚,就同好友一齊嚟享受下新加坡菜~餐牌內款式特別,選擇左三個下午茶餐,有主菜、小食及飲品。娘惹傳統斑蘭椰漿飯望到個名已經覺得特別又吸引,綠色椰漿飯賣相好吸睛,椰子同斑蘭味道夠出好香;炆煮軟淋嘅巴東牛肉,微辣帶少少咖喱香料味,脆皮雞卷肉質嫩滑,外脆內軟,配合脆魚仔、鹹花生、溏心蛋、醃漬物,與材料一齊食,口感更豐富。無骨海南雞喇沙摻摻依碗無骨海南雞喇沙摻摻,口味非常地道,雞肉無骨啖啖肉,食起嚟好方便,肉質爽滑,嫩身得嚟又充滿彈性;湯底金黃美味,遠遠飄來陣陣香味,咖喱同椰奶配合得恰到好處,而且最難得嘅係飲多幾啖,都唔會覺得油膩,喇沙摻摻係油麵同米粉混合一齊,都好掛湯汁,喇沙香濃,份外惹味,唔錯。河內生牛肉湯河雖然係下午茶餐,但係呢碗生牛肉湯河份量都唔少;生牛肉被熱辣辣嘅湯底輕輕灼熟,牛肉大大片,柔軟多汁,牛味特別香濃,食起來好嫩滑,牛丸爽口彈牙,而湯底就用上大量牛骨熬煮,牛骨味重,清甜唔口渴,河粉順滑,配合爽口洋蔥,甘甜美味,好足料。香茅烤雞肉串燒雞串
