趁著疫情減退, 久違地同朋友出街搵食😋. 今次近近地試咗呢間係銅鑼灣新開既越南餐廳 - 春嬌. 餐廳環境唔錯,裝潢頗具越南特色! 另外餐廳係安排以QR code電子落單,係疫症時期減少人與人接觸,抵讚!我地點咗越式烤牛肉檬粉, 春嬌火車頭湯金邊粉 同 烤豬肉粉包.招牌菜春嬌火車頭湯金邊粉頗有分量,而且配料豐富: 有牛丸,生熟牛肉,牛百葉等. 並以洋蔥 炸蒜 金不換等做佐料. 牛骨湯底入味,值得一試!而越式烤牛肉檬粉亦都係佢地既招牌菜. 檬粉分量頗大, 配上餐廳提供既魚露味道酸甜,好適合夏天解暑,增加食慾! 而烤牛肉雖然迎合香港人口味,味道比傳統越式料理較重少少, 但醃得入味, 而且分量十足!另外粉麵飯等另配上餐飲, 我地要咗龍眼水同凍金桔茶. 係炎炎夏日頗為解渴~而豬肉粉包有d似蒸腸粉既質感. 包住醃好既豬肉碎蒸熟,加埋特製既蔥油一齊食.粉皮嫩滑有彈性, 薄皮餡多. 味道唔錯

我地點咗越式烤牛肉檬粉, 春嬌火車頭湯金邊粉 同 烤豬肉粉包.

招牌菜春嬌火車頭湯金邊粉頗有分量,而且配料豐富: 有牛丸,生熟牛肉,牛百葉等. 並以洋蔥 炸蒜 金不換等做佐料. 牛骨湯底入味,值得一試!
