To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是我第二次食永年士多。由於時間尚早,平日約12:10,故輕易揾了一個面向街的二人位。今次叫了其招牌的四寶麵。分別是豬大腸、蘿蔔、豬皮和豬紅。豬大腸洗得乾淨,又入味、豬皮又爽、蘿蔔有咖喱味,好腍又入味,性價比高。另外亦推介菠蘿冰,不太甜,加$15便可。基本上是值得回頭的食店。
