To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公睇完戲，見有啲肚餓，諗住隨便搵個地方食啲野，行到寶盈花園附近見到一間粉麵店，聽講都幾出名，咁就試下喇！店舖地方唔大、較細，座位狹窄，衞生情況一般，水要自己出去酙，但食物味道唔差。墨魚丸河粉粒粒墨魚係裡面，口感爽彈，屬正常水平，未算有太大驚喜。炸魚皮炸魚皮亦非常之正，不但份量足，好大份，而且炸得十分酥脆，食完一塊又一塊，咬落脆卜卜，夠乾身又唔油膩，味道亦唔算鹹，好似薯片咁又薄又脆，無論就咁食定係浸湯食都一流。清湯沙腩米粉第一時間就飲一啖湯，飲落幾香嘅牛骨湯，湯底以新鮮牛腩+牛骨以及其他配料制成。然後又夾咗一舊沙腩，肉味濃郁，肥瘦均勻，入口鬆化，油香味濃，脂肪同肉質分佈好平均，牛肉上下夾住層脂肪，口感亦比一般牛腩多層次，整體上唔錯，份量就同一般嘅牛腩麵差唔多，有機會一定會再嚟試。

粒粒墨魚係裡面，口感爽彈，屬正常水平，未算有太大驚喜。

炸魚皮
炸魚皮亦非常之正，不但份量足，好大份，而且炸得十分酥脆，食完一塊又一塊，咬落脆卜卜，夠乾身又唔油膩，味道亦唔算鹹，好似薯片咁又薄又脆，無論就咁食定係浸湯食都一流。
