To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過荃灣廣場那邊,就想起這間越南菜小店,於是又再來吃。2人套餐價格優惠,二百多元包括2個主食(可選粉麵飯或咖哩)、1個小食(指定項目任選3款)和飲品2杯。今次主食我們叫了泰式椰汁番茄雞髀肉湯檬粉和咖哩豬扒法包。椰汁蕃茄湯味道濃郁,檬粉掛汁,雞髀肉嫩滑。咖哩豬扒醬汁香口,有水準的咖哩汁,豬扒份量多且香口,法包也大大個,熱烘烘外皮脆口,蘸上咖哩汁香上加香。小食方面,我們選擇了泰式香辣魚餅、泰式酸辣鳳爪和春卷。每款各有三件,泰式香辣魚餅帶點香茅味,口感不錯。泰式酸辣鳳爪酸酸甜甜,開胃的味道。飲料我們選了鹹檸檬配七喜和泰式青檸茶。鹹檸檬七喜和上次來吃一樣,鹹檸夠鹹夠份量,保持水準。泰式青檸茶味道有驚喜,想不到泰式茶和青檸是絕配,解渴之選️。
