To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日和家人在柴灣拜完山,時間差不多6點,大家都非常餓,就決定一家四口在柴灣打算找間酒家吃個晚飯,最後在港鐵站附近看到有間富臨皇宮,就行去醫醫肚。這間酒家非常大,幸好現在時間尚早,店內不算太多客人,侍應服務都不錯,跟我媽媽有說有笑。餐牌有廚師推介的晚飯優惠三寶-手抓跳舞雞、上湯加拿大龍蝦、清蒸原條沙巴仔,都只是$48/款,非常超值。我們點了手抓跳舞雞 $48/隻、生煎菜肉包(6隻)$38、金銀菜燉白肺湯$128、姬松茸花膠燒豆腐 $88、蔥爆頂級牛仔骨 $98、白飯。手抓跳舞雞 - 用上一個鐵支架把雞仔插在桶上,賣相非常好,打卡一流,雞方面皮脆,雞肉非常嫩滑,沒有一點雪藏的味道,侍應給我們手套自行撕開進食。生煎菜肉包(6隻)- 一顆顆熱騰騰、光滑飽滿,底部煎得金黃酥脆,白煙緲杳。姬松茸花膠燒豆腐 - 姫松茸是非常之健康既菇類 ,再加上膠質豐富既花膠 ,補虛扶,不錯。蔥爆頂級牛仔骨 - 牛仔骨別有一番風味,不僅鮮嫩多汁而且肉味足,我至愛菜式。金銀菜燉白肺湯 - 湯非常熱和香濃。總評:雖然是連鎖集團式酒家,但廚師廚藝專業,不錯的酒家。
