To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 富臨在柴灣開業多年，裝修跟設施保留舊有風格，古式古香的感覺。龍蝦上湯伊麵：龍蝦鮮甜，龍蝦肉質扎實，伊麵吸收了濃郁的湯汁，口感不錯，相比其他酒樓份量較多。醬燒琵琶鴨：鴨肉醬香四溢，外皮酥脆，內裡軟嫩多汁，每一口都能感受到濃郁的味道。鴨肉份量足夠三至四人吃。

富臨皇宮，真係一個食貨嘅好去處！我今次點嘅木桶雞，俗稱豉油雞，腍滑得嚟又唔會乾，拌上甜醬真係曬力👍！再嚟個冬瓜盅，清甜消暑，喺熱浪襲人嘅日子，真係飲落去一流！而家講吓生煎包，啖啖肉嘅餡料，肉汁喷鼻，表皮微酥，但記得嗑慢啲，因為佢真係足料又實在，有啲油，唔好過多！最後嚟個桂花糕，呢個甜品味道宜家，花香撲鼻，食咗感覺好像被花香包圍咁，清新口氣，收尾真係非常滿意。總括來講，富臨皇宮嘅食物質素係上乘，環境又幽靜，服務人員又貼心，你話，攞佢黎請朋友，點會錯過？下次過嚟，我一定又會黎打節目嘅啦！🍽️😊🎉

刻意尋找這種舊式街坊生意酒樓，但它身處的屋宛停車場沒有時租，只可以停放在步行十分鐘的工業大廈區，兩老先到，用點心紙點好，侍應阿姐非要他們改掃碼點，只能等我到達了下單⋯⋯但埋單時見到收銀阿姐處理點心紙入單；除了蒸籠點心如蝦餃燒賣是熱的，其他煎炸點心如春卷都是凍冰冰，不是常溫，就似雪櫃剛拿出來⋯⋯難怪港人都北上，一吐氣又難食，究竟服務左啲乜仲敢加一？香港這種大型酒樓買少見少，很是珍惜，奈何它們不爭氣自我擺爛
