To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我最鍾意食辣雞煲麻辣火鍋烤魚水煮系列酸菜魚係最愛見有Youtuber介紹，原本想試任食價錢唔貴又多野食，不過得2個人，又好似食唔到咁多野，所以無試到最後單點酸菜魚($168) 點左中辣同水煮田雞($188) 點左大辣本身睇個價錢都覺得正常，平時其他地方食都差唔多，一黎到真係嚇親份量多到嚇親我酸菜魚($168)超級多魚片，無骨嫩滑，酸菜爽口，湯底清甜酸度足夠，好開胃，只係略嫌唔夠辣底有大量芽菜，蓮藕，萵筍，豆卜，寬粉全部吸晒湯汁勁好食水煮田雞($188)田雞份量都多，煮得好嫩滑，辣度都足夠，面頭辣油可以一直保存熱度，底部同樣有大量配料，同樣吸汁好味呢個價錢，有咁既份量，性價比超值，一定會再黎
