To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家對元氣壽司都唔會感到陌生,連鎖食肆梗有一間喺左近,如果以食迴轉壽司嚟講,我覺得佢係相對平民化同性價比高嘅。要食咁多生冷野,最鍾意就係一開始飲碗熱湯先,三文魚湯($22)正是我的最愛,熱辣辣,冬天飲一流,又有幾舊三文魚頭同蘿蔔食,夠暖胃!然後再嚟一個軟殻蟹手卷($22),唔同其他連鎖壽司店,佢嘅軟殻蟹大大舊,係脆嘅,食到落底都仲有,配埋少少沙律醬,一流!炙燒黑椒蠔($10/件):蠔肥美大隻。炙燒醬油左口魚裙邊($12/件):炙燒左嘅左口魚裙邊帶有魚油香,好正!帆立貝($17/件):好厚肉好鮮甜!左口魚裙邊($12/件):覺得炙燒好食啲。辛辣長鰭吞拿魚($10/件):真係好鍾意食日本嘅辣油,好香!赤海蝦($10/件):必叫!大隻鮮甜!炙燒親子三文魚($17):有埋三文魚子,口感豐富左。辛辣三文魚卷($22):有埋日本蔥配辣油無咁膩。元氣卷($22):由細食到大,又係必叫!玉子($12):普通~
