To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初搬入元朗,唔知有咩好食,行形點經過見到翡翠拉麵小籠包,諗住連鎖餐廳實冇死,就決定食佢當日等左一陣就入得,我地2個人叫左6樣野食,分別係小籠包,鍋貼,醉雞,炒飯同蔥油拌麵首先小籠包,個皮唔會話好易穿,好多汁,又夠熱,好味👍🏻然後係鍋貼,個皮都夠脆,入面都多汁,仲好夠熱👍🏻讚再黎係醉雞,我個人唔太鍾意,覺得太重酒味了,重到有啲苦,下次唔會叫然後係炒飯,好似叫干貝炒飯?唔記得個名🤣正正常常一個炒飯啦冇特別,我個人覺得唔太夠味,可能我自己本身鍾意啲重口味小小既野食🙈最後係蔥油拌麵,好食,唔會話太咸太淡,我個人覺得岩岩好👍🏻又唔會話好油

當日等左一陣就入得,我地2個人叫左6樣野食,分別係小籠包,鍋貼,醉雞,炒飯同蔥油拌麵

首先小籠包,個皮唔會話好易穿,好多汁,又夠熱,好味👍🏻

然後係鍋貼,個皮都夠脆,入面都多汁,仲好夠熱👍🏻讚

再黎係醉雞,我個人唔太鍾意,覺得太重酒味了,重到有啲苦,下次唔會叫

然後係炒飯,好似叫干貝炒飯?唔記得個名🤣正正常常一個炒飯啦冇特別,我個人覺得唔太夠味,可能我自己本身鍾意啲重口味小小既野食🙈

最後係蔥油拌麵,好食,唔會話太咸太淡,我個人覺得岩岩好👍🏻又唔會話好油
