約朋友食飯, 有人要遲D黎, 最好都係打邊爐熱辣辣邊食邊等, 選擇左呢間散叫既火鍋店.上到黎睇下張點餐紙, 係全部食牛類, 連一丁點其他肉類都無, 好彩同行人個個都食牛, 唔係真係要起身走人.所以相對選擇唔多, 總之就係牛肉, 牛丸, 其餘就係菜或者菇.湯底無咩好揀, 都係揀最普通既牛骨湯底, 個鍋底一上枱, 有層油響面, 類似D湯凍左果層油, 睇到已經有D驚.個鍋一路煲都唔滾, 但又無比煲蓋, 個電池爐較到最大都但左十幾分鐘, 餓死人, 但D侍應見到你呆坐佢都無咩理你.咁大條骨但D湯都無牛味, 清湯而油膩.個餐紙而手切牛既唔同部位區分, 但我地無人係家庭主婦跟本唔知咩位打咩位, 平時食開肥牛, 牛頸脊無標示, 都唔知點點, 所以亂叫幾樣.  最後黎左呢碟唔知咩位置, 肥瘦都平均, 但食落好韌, 好難咬. 而且都係無牛味, 無肉味,唯有用醬油調味.諗住最正常既炸響鈴會好D, 點知似係街市買一盒盒果D, 好薄身, 一浸落D湯度D油又浸起晒, 成晚D野食都勁多油, 肥膩到死.雖然呢度主打食牛肉, 但個個部位D肉都無味, 都唔知食左咩.
