To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間中午人均消費HK$500以上嘅餐廳, 茶杯竟然有口唇膏印, 向其員工反映後亦只是冷漠地回我一句"幫你換過佢", 完全沒有歉意, 就算是美心酒樓員工都會同個客講聲唔好意思。上至經理, 下至傳菜嘅員工都是沒有笑容, 難以想像係高級食肆嘅服務態度。食物質素方面, 只屬一般4星酒店中餐廳水平, 某些食品的份量更是有需要認真檢討, 例如海皇西施泡飯, 雖稱泡飯但飯量少得可憐, 改名為海皇西施飯湯較為貼切。總的來說, 此餐廳的性價比非常低, 有見面不如聞名之感。
